Join me in the heart of the Malvern Hills meeting at The British Camp car park and exploring this amazing area. I have worked with many different camera systems in and around the Malvern Hills for over twenty years. Beginners, intermediate or advanced photographers are welcome to come along, I can also offer one to one tuition if you prefer to learn at your own pace. It is a pleasure to introduce people to this area and share some of the best areas for photography.
I have lived in the area all my life and know some of the best views in the Malvern Hills. You need to bring along the camera you would like to use, A camera phone, film SLR, DSLR, bridge camera or compact camera. The workshop is aimed at photographers who would like to improve their landscape photography. Composition, lighting, format, filters, lens selection and dynamic range will be covered. If you are just a beginner we can look at shutter speeds, apertures, ISO, the histogram and depth of field. I work at a pace I feel is suitable for you and encourage you to ask questions throughout the day.
If you have just bought a Canon DSLR camera, I can combine the Malvern Hills photography workshop with the Canon Photography Course. This has become a very popular day out for Canon owners who can gain a lot of new information about Canon cameras from myself and other members of the group.
It is always best to come prepared for the Malvern Hills with suitable footwear and coat. We meet at the British Camp car park and make a route depending on the weather forecast.
You will learn about all the rules of depth of field, accurate focusing, white balance, contrast control, picture profiles and RAW........
